Seven years ago, the Phakphum family began their journey in the misty hills of Doi Chang, one of Thailand’s most renowned coffee-growing regions.

What started as the vision of a young coffee pioneer quickly grew into a collective project driven by community spirit. Today, multiple families in the village work side by side, cultivating and processing beans with deep respect for nature and craftsmanship.

Over the years, Phakphum Coffee has earned several prestigious awards in Thailand. Their single-origin Arabica is known for its floral aromas, mild acidity, and subtle fruity complexity – a testament to both the terroir and the care behind every harvest.

Thepsadej Coffee carries a legacy. This second-generation family business brings over 35 years of combined experience in growing, roasting, and trading high-quality coffee.

Founder Thepsadej received his formal training at the Lavazza Coffee Academy in Milan, where he mastered the art of roasting and built long-standing ties with Italian and European roasteries.

Today, the family operates their own modern roasting facilities in Chiang Mai and ships their meticulously processed beans around the globe – always guided by tradition, precision, and a relentless commitment to excellence.
