Founder Thepsadej received his formal training at the Lavazza Coffee Academy in Milan, where he mastered the art of roasting and built long-standing ties with Italian and European roasteries. Today, the family operates their own modern roasting facilities in Chiang Mai and ships their meticulously processed beans around the globe – always guided by tradition, precision, and a relentless commitment to excellence.
