Phakphum Coffee Farm – Doi Chang, Thailand Seven years ago, the Phakphum family began their journey in the misty hills of Doi Chang, one of Thailand’s most renowned coffee-growing regions. What started as the vision of a young coffee pioneer quickly grew into a collective project driven by community spirit. Today, multiple families in the village work side by side, cultivating and processing beans with deep respect for nature and craftsmanship. Over the years, Phakphum Coffee has earned several prestigious awards in Thailand. Their single-origin Arabica is known for its floral aromas, mild acidity, and subtle fruity complexity – a testament to both the terroir and the care behind every harvest.
